$2 million home hits local market

A $2.295-million waterfront estate has hit the Vancouver real estate market.

The 5,600-square-foot home at 7117 S.E. Topper Drive was built in 1992, and was both cosmetically and mechanically remodeled from top to bottom by Street of Dreams interior designer Jackie Hunlow.

The home’s floor plan features five bedrooms, a den, master suite with jetted tub, steam shower, walk-in closets, sitting room and balcony overlooking the Columbia River.

A media room was designed to look like a vintage Hollywood screening room complete with heavy velvet theater drapes. The four-car garage is equipped with a wine closet and chiller.

The back yard opens onto a private sandy beach with a gated private boat dock.

In 2006, two homes sold in the Topper Landing subdivision for $1.35 million and $1.7 million respectively.

The home is listed with Re/Max Equity Group Realtors.
