This dissolution was authorized and duly approved by the company’s sole member in accordance with RCW 23B.14.030. Claims against the dissolved company may be sent to Jackies Landing Phase II Homeowners’ Association, LLC, c/o Jordan Ramis, PC, 1499 SE Tech Center Place #380, Vancouver, WA 98683, and must include the amount claimed and the documentation supporting the claim. A claim against the dissolved company will be barred in accordance with the provisions of RCW 23B.14. Claims must be submitted to the above address and received no later than October 12, 2016.
