West Coast Bank has promoted Laura McKay to vice president manager of Treasury Management Products and Sales for Washington and Oregon. She has been with the company since 2000 as treasury management sales manager. McKay is a member of the National Association for Financial Professionals, the Portland Treasury Manger’s Association and is listed in the 2006 issue of "2000 Notable American Women."
