Up Close With Jocelyn Cross

Current job: Land Use Planner, Project Manager (Associate Principal) at Olson Engineering, Inc.

Proudest professional moment: When I see the development projects that I’ve put so much time into being built. I’m proud to be a part of some of the best projects in this area.

First job: My first job was in my early teens working at my parents’ restaurants. The jobs helped give me confidence and I learned what it meant to earn a dollar.

Fun fact: I have a love for the outdoors. I enjoy riding four-wheelers and when in Montana you can find me driving 6×6 military trucks!

Favorite spot on a Saturday night: I enjoy going out to dinner or around a bonfire with my family and friends.

Favorite movie: I don’t seem to have much time for movies except for what my 5-year-old might be watching, but a few of my favorites are The Horse Whisperer and Top Gun. I think I know every word of that movie!

Music of choice: I like all kinds of music but mostly listen to country. I recently went to Nashville to attend the CMA Awards, what an experience!

Favorite place to eat: My favorite places to eat are when vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, enjoying the authentic Mexican Cuisine!

Motto/Inspirational Quote: “In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.”
