Current job: Lifestyle & Empowerment Coach.

Proudest professional moment: Making the leap from part-time employee to full-time entrepreneur as a coach. I absolutely LOVE supporting women on their journey to total wellness (mind, body, spirit).

First job: Way back when … at the age of 16 I was a janitor for a local medical clinic in my hometown of Yelm, Wash., where I grew up. First “real job” was as a legal assistant for a private law firm in Tacoma.

Fun fact: I love Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia ice cream as a treat but I always spit out the chocolate bits because I don’t love chocolate.

Favorite spot on a Saturday night: My favorite spot on a Saturday night would be cozied up next to my husband Matt on the couch watching a movie (or perhaps sleeping through it, as I usually do).

Favorite movie: Shawshank Redemption. I’ve seen this more times than I can count and it never gets old.

Music of choice: I’m a country girl at heart, but I am also a huge fan of the artist P!nk.

Favorite place to eat: I love Mexican food and haven’t narrowed it down to just one locally, but lately my favorite non-Mexican food place that is local is Amaro’s Table.
