First job: Starting at about age 12, I filed documents and performed other office duties in my dad’s law office. The window in my current office now looks out to that office… my life has come full circle!

Fun fact: In 2012 I performed as Wonder Woman at Glamorous Gams, a fundraiser to support the Children’s Center. This May, I get to make a surprise appearance at Glamorous Gams 2 as a different character. My partner and I are very excited!

Favorite spot on a Saturday night: My porch with wine in hand, husband next to me and kids quietly tucked into bed.

Favorite movie: I find it hard to sit still for two hours so I don’t watch many, but right now I am hooked on two television series: “Mad Men” and “House of Cards.”

Music of choice: Anything and everything but my guilty pleasure is Top 40. My three girls and I have a dance party in the kitchen whenever we can!

Favorite place to eat: Anywhere I have not been before. My husband and I love to try new restaurants.

Motto/Inspirational quote: “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming, ‘Wow! What a ride!’” I’m pretty sure I do not live that motto the way Hunter S. Thompson meant it, but I live it in my own, Type A way. The quote was posted in the prosecutor’s office in the courthouse. I would see it whenever I was in trial and it inspired me to keep pushing myself.
