Fisher family behind $10 million purchase of Camas property

Ken Fisher and his family have purchased more than 50 acres of land in Camas for $10 million. The property, located at 1980 SE 20th St., is adjacent to Fisher Investments’ campus.

David Eckerly, a spokesperson for the investment firm, said the 53.04 acres of raw commercial land was purchased as a Fisher family investment.

“To my knowledge, there are no plans in the works to add new buildings or to expand the Camas campus,” Eckerly explained. “This was simply an investment by the Fisher family.”

The Fishers purchased the property under the name WA KSF LLC from the Eiferd family, long-time owners of the land.

Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the Eiferds.

“There’s definitely been an increase of activity in land sales,” said Roselli. “As vacancy rates have dropped and rental rates have increased, you can justify new construction.

“It’s exciting to have land sales and more activity in general,” he added. “Commercial real estate has had a good few years and it just seems like it’s continuing to heat up even further.

The Carl Group, dba Harcourts, represented the Fisher Family in the real estate transaction.
