“It’s really about value-add to the end users and retailers,” said Boyd. “Stampede will allow us to travel with them, meet their retailers and sales people, and provide training. It gives us a one-up.”

“Stampede has the experience, the dealer network and the passion we are looking for to establish the Circle Technology system as the new reference standard for small-group presentations,” said Hix.

It seems the excitement is mutual, as Stampeded President and COO Kevin Kelly said, “Circle Technology’s presentation solution is an absolute game-changer that represents the future of small-group wireless presentations.”

Ron Khormaei, Circle Technology CEO, said that the company will continue to ramp up sales, both through distributors and direct sales. Boyd said that the company will attend several trade shows this year, such as CTIA 2013 and InfoComm, to expand their market reach.

According to Khormaei, Circle Technology is entering the market at an optimal time to take advantage of several trends. One such trend is the average customer’s familiarity with mobile devices and the expectation of mobile capabilities. Another trend, said Khormaei, is an increasing concern about information security, especially in specific markets such as insurance, real estate, product sales and financial services. Finally, a recent emphasis on “relationship selling,” which focuses on customized, personal presentations in places other than board rooms, is helping launch Circle Technology’s success

Khormaei said that since January, the company has brought on ten employees, and foresees continued growth. Hix said they will soon need more software engineers, as well as employees in the area of shipping and receiving.

“We’re in the business for the long-run,” said Hix. “We need to have new product every six months – that’s how you keep a business growing.”
