Three senior living communities in the Prestige Care family were recently named to the U.S. News & World Report's list of "Best Nursing Homes" in 2011 for their dedication to providing the highest standard in senior and rehabilitation care.
Each honoree – Chehalem Health and Rehabilitation Center, Porthaven Health Care Center and Creswell Health and Rehabilitation Center – qualified for inclusion on the list earlier this year by earning perfect scores on the Five-Star Quality Rating System, carried out by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
