Tapani Inc. developing industrial property site

The company, located at 1904 SE 6th Place, envisions approximately nine single-acre industrial lots with warehouse space, office and parking. Each building will be roughly 7,000 square feet in size.

According to Kevin Tapani, vice president of the company, the project may include a gas station at the corner of Eaton Blvd. and 142nd Ave.

Currently, the company is installing a main access road on the property as well as infrastructure.

The site is a former beef farm, purchased by Tapani Inc. in 2006.
