NW Speech Therapy LLC, a locally-owned pediatric speech therapy practice, will open an office next month inside downtown Vancouver’s historic Academy Building.
The company was founded in 2009 to provide local families with an option for speech therapy services.
“We are excited to add on a physical location as we feel that it will open up the options families will have when utilizing our services,” said owner Jennifer Getch in a press release.
“We are proud to be able to call The Academy our home,” she added. “The history of the building, the downtown location and sharing the building with many local businesses truly makes us feel as if we are a part of the community.”
According to Getch, the new office will give NW Speech Therapy the ability to have both social and language group programs to better serve the needs of their clients. Therapists will continue to be able to travel to private homes and daycare settings.
