What are the largest office buildings/parks in Clark County? We ranked them by total square footage of leasable space. Figures as of 02/06/15.

The top five are:

1. Columbia Tech Center: 845,349 sq. ft.; 89% occupied
2. 805 Broadway Building: 200,000 sq. ft.; % occupied ND
3. Vancouvercenter North Tower: 106,405 sq. ft.; 78% occupied
4. Library Square: 100,000 sq. ft.; % occupied ND
5. The 4400 Building: 96,000 sq. ft.; 89% occupied
