G.A.P Supply Corp. doing business as Johnstone Supply leased 18,200 square feet at Quad 205 Business Park, 10914 N.E. 39th St. in Vancouver, from McMorgan & Co. for warehousing of heating and cooling parts. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the business park in the transaction.

IMS Electronics has leased 50,400 square feet of warehouse space at 2401 Francis Lane in Vancouver from the Port of Vancouver. Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the electronics equipment recycling company and Andy Kangas of CB Richard Ellis represented the port in the transaction.

Johnson’s Heating and Cooling has leased 2,450 square feet with 505 square feet of office space at Quad 205 Business Park, 10914 N.E. 39th St. in Vancouver, from McMorgan & Co. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the lessor in the transaction.

American Paper Converting Inc. has leased 26,100 square feet of warehouse space at Heritage Centre, 1625 Heritage St. in Woodland, from Heritage Centre LLC. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented both parties in the transaction.

nLight Photonics Corp. has subleased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at North Park Industrial Center, 5408 N.E. 88th St. in Vancouver, from Panther Systems Inc. for warehousing of electrical components. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented Panther Systems in the transaction.

After Dark has leased 5,420 square feet of retail space at Cascade Village, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive in Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Assoc. represented both parties in the transaction.
