The city of Vancouver Parking Services will launch an online downtown parking customer satisfaction survey at the Vancouver Downtown Association’s (VDA) quarterly meeting on Oct. 9, 2014.
Downtown residents, business owners, employees or visitors who park in downtown Vancouver are welcome to take the survey. The results will be compared with a similar survey from 2011 and used by city staff, the Parking Advisory Committee and the Vancouver City Council to help develop downtown parking policy and make decisions about the city’s role in downtown parking.
A link to the survey will be available at www.cityofvancouver.us/parking, beginning on Thursday, Oct. 9. The survey will close on Nov. 1, 2014.
