Plans are underway to start construction on a Biscuits Café at the Eastside Spectrum in Vancouver. The retail development center is located at the intersection of SE 164th Avenue and 20th Street.
The café will be located next to Black Rock Coffee and Bikram Hot Yoga and will feature their signature breakfast and lunch menus.
“We’re excited to be able to offer east Vancouver and all of Vancouver a wide selection of food options just in our area,” said Jeanine Wisbeck with Kirkwood & Kirkwood Inc., developer of the Eastside Spectrum. “There’s Big Al’s, there’s Taste of Sichuan, Wild Tiger, Black Rock Coffee, Dot Donuts and now Biscuits Café. We’re super excited that we have a little food mecca going on here.”
Plans for the new café call for the construction of a 3,475-square-foot building. A construction date has not been set.
