PBS Engineering and Environmental hires three

Barry Sanford joins PBS Engineering and Environmental as an engineering geologist. His professional background includes more than 10 years in the construction, engineering and design of residential and commercial developments. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a master’s degree in Engineering Geology from Portland State University.

Doug Swanson joins PBS as senior scientist in the Natural Resources Group. Swanson brings nearly 20 years experience in the public and private sector with both wetlands and wildlife evaluation and management. He holds a master’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences.

Tom Archer joins PBS as a project manager. He has more than 15 years project management experience concerning property due diligence, site planning, real estate development and construction management. Archer earned a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Oregon State University. All three are based in the Vancouver office of PBS.
