Thomas Y. Hagan joins Columbia Credit Union as the new VP/manager of business lending. Hagan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Montana College and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Banking. Hagan has more than 30 years of commercial lending and banking experience, most recently with Bay Bank in Portland.
