Clark College President Dr. R. Wayne Branch has received the 2005 Community Service Award from the Labor Roundtable of Southwest Washington and the Central Labor Council of Clark, Skamania and Western Klickitat Counties. Branch is recognized for his leadership and service throughout Clark County.
