We thank our legislators from the 49th Legislative District for their courage and steadfast commitment to our community. We thank [Oregon] Governor John Kitzhaber and the Oregon Legislature for its willingness to work with Washington and we regret our state Senate was unwilling to work with you. Finally and always, we thank U.S. Senator Patty Murray for her tenacity in supporting this project and providing strong leadership at the federal level.
