Columbia Ridge Senior Living Addition

Vancouver-based W.M. Development broke ground on an addition for Columbia Ridge Assisted Living Nov. 24. The project, at 2300 W. Ninth Ave. in Washougal, is owned by Washougal Assisted Living and will create 100 jobs and add 14 one-bedroom units, an assisted living facility and expand the center’s current dining room. Dave Lengvenis of W.M. Development is the project executive, Dave Moriuchi of Vancouver-based DMA Inc. is the project architect and Beaverton-based Kurahashi and Assoc. Inc. is providing engineering and planning services. Financing for the $2.1 million project came from Vancouver-based Riverview Community Bank. Subcontractors include Vancouver-based Lies Brothers. Completion is anticipated by June 30.
