In the Matter of the Estate of STEVEN VICTOR LENOIR, Deceased.

Judi Burkdoll hereby gives notice that she seeks confirmation of the sale of the real property of the Estate commonly known as 306 SE 103rd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98664, which is legally described as follows:

Lot 14, Block 3, Fellman’s Addition E/81, recorded in Clark County, Washington. by negotiation, in the manner required by RCW Chapter 11.56.100. The sales price of the Premises is $50,000.00; the sale is strictly on an “As Is” basis; and Estate will subtract from the sales customary closing costs and fees. The sale of the Premises may be confirmed any time on or after July 2, 2013. Any person or party who is interested in submitting a bid in excess of the sales price, as outlined in the preceding paragraph, must follow the procedures in RCW 11.56.110 – prior to confirmation of sale.
