Gregerson, Dept. 2 The Court will consider the Administrator’s requested relief, including approval of the Final Report and Accounting, approval of the acts and conduct of the Administrator, determination of Decedent’s heirs at law, approval of attorney fees, Administrator compensation, and costs, authorization of distribution of Estate assets, appointment of Stacey Bollinger as Agent for Absentee Distributees, authorization to transfer the absentee-distributee shares to Stacey Bollinger in her separate capacity as Agent for Absentee Distributees after filing of the required oath and satisfaction of the bond or security requirements established by the Court, discharge of Stacey Bollinger as Administrator, exoneration of the Administrator’s bond, and such other and further relief as the Court deems just and equitable.
