Davidson and Associates moves into Esther Short Building

Davidson and Associates Insurance of Vancouver has completed its move into the newly-remodeled Esther Short Building in downtown Vancouver (610 Esther Street, Suite 101).

The business, which employs 14 insurance professionals, will be joined in the building by a five other local tenants: The Community Foundation for Southwest Washington; First Pacific Associates; LSW Architects; Robertson Engineering; and Cascadia Development Partners.

The 33,300-square-foot Class A office building was purchased from the city of Vancouver back in March for $5 million by West Park Partners LLC. Since that time, the building has seen an overhaul of the interior and exterior – complete with new common areas, restrooms, lobbies and outdoor landscaping.

Davidson and Associates Insurance, which is owned by Bruce Davidson, has served local businesses and individuals since 1990.
