Mr. Macklin, based in Vancouver, Wash, is an Executive Director for a Power and Energy business unit of WSP, a global engineering and professional services firm based in Montreal. He leads national growth, strategy and project delivery serving the energy sector, working with utilities, developers, agencies and large energy users on grid modernization and load growth challenges. Mr. Macklin’s 25-year career also includes business leadership roles with Portland General Electric and The North Highland Company. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University and started his career with GE Aircraft Engines.
Ms. Devery received an honorary role as Director Emeritus, reflecting her 12 years of service on the ICC Board of Directors, service on the Executive Committee and leadership with related organizations. She currently serves as Senior Vice President for WSP and previously oversaw the firm’s Mountain Pacific and California Planning business. She has been based in Vancouver with WSP and its predecessors since 1993.
