DS Property Holdings 4, LLC, has purchased the three-building commercial complex located at 14201 NE 20th Avenue in Vancouver.
The property, which is near Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, was purchased for $7.3 million from I.S. Investments, Inc.
Adam Roselli, CCIM, of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc., represented the buyer and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller in the real estate transaction.
