Orchard’s Auto License will relocate from its current location to a newly-leased space at the Evergreen Plaza Shopping Center (11820 NE Fourth Plain Rd.) on Wednesday, April 1. The auto licensor is currently located at 11110 NE Fourth Plain Blvd.
The new space is approximately 2,000 square feet in size.
Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the tenant and Jamie Nelson of Elliott Associates represented the landlord in the real estate transaction.
