New Spaces: Clark College STEM building nears completion

Skanska USA recently invited the Vancouver Business Journal and other members of the media on a hardhat tour of the STEM building project site at Clark College.

The $39 million facility will be complete by the end of April and will serve in partnership with industry and other educational institutions to foster exploration, interactive learning and innovative teaching techniques.

Check out biology and chemistry classrooms, a state-of-the-art cadaver lab, chemical storage rooms and more by clicking through the slideshow below.

The 70,000-square-foot building is LEED Silver Certified. Skanska USA served as general contractor of the project and Vancouver-based LSW Architects was the architect.
