Portland-based on-demand health care provider ZOOM+Care unveiled its third location in Vancouver on Dec. 5. The new Vancouver Waterfront clinic is located at 781 W. Columbia Way. On Dec. 12, they opened a fourth Vancouver clinic, located 8076 E. Mill Plain Blvd. Previously opened clinics are located at the Grand Central Retail Center and in East Vancouver on 164th Avenue.
