A public hearing is set for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20 for the Board of County Councilors to consider a “preferred alternative” for updating the local growth management plan.
The hearing will be part of the regular board meeting on the sixth floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street in Vancouver.
Public comments may be submitted before the hearing at www.clark.wa.gov/planning/2016update/comments.html or https://www.peakdemocracy.com/3111. Comments can also be emailed to comp.plan@clark.wa.gov or mailed to Community Planning, Public Service Center, third floor, 1300 Franklin St.
A “preferred alternative” approved by the board will be the subject of a final supplemental environmental impact statement available for public comment before the plan update is completed.
