The Port of Longview has begun highlighting its facilities by way of aerial drone photography.
The Port has plans to produce several videos this year, each showcasing a different aspect of the port’s cargo operations and available real estate.
Officials at the port said the drone technology creates images and perspectives that simply can’t be matched by conventional photography.
“Drone photography has been a real game-changer for our marketing efforts at the Port,” said Business Development Manager Laurie Nelson-Cooley in a recent port newsletter. “We’ve been receiving the most amazing feedback from our customers, particularly at trade shows; it’s definitely taking us to the next level.”
