Pines Coffee, operators of a coffee kiosk at the corner of Grand and Mill Plain boulevards in Vancouver, have signed a lease to occupy 1,450 square feet of retail space at Felida Village, a mixed-use development at the corner of NW 36th Ave. and NW 119th St.

According to developer Ron Edwards, the coffee shop plans to open in about three months, joining existing Felida Village tenants Barre3 and Edward Jones. Mt. Tabor Brewing will open a restaurant adjacent to the coffee shop next year.

Established in 2014, Pines Coffee specializes in serving beverages made with all natural and organic ingredients.
