Pacific Lifestyle Homes launches new Hockinson neighborhood

Pacific Lifestyle Homes is opening its newest neighborhood, Adam’s Glen, in Northeast Vancouver on Saturday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. When fully completed, the Adam’s Glen neighborhood has 86 home sites.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes will build 21 homes in the community. Each home site is a 4,500 to 7,000-square-foot home site, and start at $393,000. Also opening will be a second model showcasing the company’s newest plan featuring a multi-generational design. The design, called The Willow, plan 3,191 square feet in total, five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an upstairs bonus room. It also features a 355-square-foot area designed to give privacy to families who have a parent or adult child living at home. The space has a sitting area, kitchenette, private bathroom, bedroom and separate entrance. Visitors to the grand opening can also visit The Willow model.
 
All homes in Adam’s Glen include smart home technology, granite slab countertops, first floor nine-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, hand scraped or smooth plank hardwood floors, tile bathroom floors in the master suite, USB wall chargers and much more. Buyers can also upgrade to the premier finish package that includes a holiday gourmet kitchen with extended cabinets, built-in microwave and five burner gas cook-top. Other features include a double-wide walk in shower in the master bath, craftsman extended millwork package and gas fireplace.
