The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sept. 18 at the Columbia Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St. in Vancouver. The forum will share the stages of the consumer-decision process and show how to drive customers to become brand advocates. This month’s speaker, Kevin Joyce, vice president of strategy services at The Pedowitz Group, has 35 years of experience in high tech, holding positions that include engineering, marketing and sales.

The forum is open to all. Register online at business.vancouver.wsu.edu/bgmap and click the link “Upcoming events.” Cost is $10 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door. There is no cost for students with a valid WSU student ID.
