The top five are:
- New Tradition Homes: 248 homes built in 2016
- Pacific Lifestyle Homes Inc: 225 homes built in 2016
- Aho Construction Inc: 102 homes built in 2016
- Cascade West Development Inc: 92 homes built in 2016
- Osprey Homes: 63 homes built in 2016
