The Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Riverview Community Bank has named Lacamas Community Credit Union the 2011 Business of the Year.
The credit union was chosen by a chamber nomination committee earlier this month. The committee consisted of members of the executive board, elected by the general membership.
Lacamas, which celebrates its 75th anniversary this year, renovated its Camas headquarters in 2010 – a demonstration of the company’s commitment to the community, according the chamber.
