Harry’s Shell Food Mart LLC has leased 1,200 square feet at 7001 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. in Vancouver from Charles Kaady for a convenience store. Herb Calhoun of Re/Max Equity Group represented the tenant and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.

Christ Water Technology Services LLC has renewed a lease of 1,036 square feet with 680 square feet of office at Quad 205 Business Park, 4018 N.E. 112th Ave. in Vancouver, from McMorgan & Co. for its water filtration parts and supplies business. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.

Columbia Credit Union has leased 2,000 square feet at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave. in Vancouver, from Bennett Family Trust II LLC. Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the credit union and William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the business park in the transaction.

Entrix Inc. dba Northwest Economic has leased 7,820 square feet at EastRidge Business Park, 12009 N.E. 99th St. in Vancouver, from EastRidge Assoc. I LLC. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
