Sean McClain, founder and CEO of AbSci, will discuss his background and his company’s future during the Vancouver Business Journal’s first Boardroom Breakfast of 2016 on Wednesday, February 3.
Founded in 2011 in Portland, AbSci is a rapidly-growing regional biotechnology company best known for its proprietary protein manufacturing platform.
The company is in the process of relocating to the new Columbia River Life Sciences Technology Building in Vancouver, located at the former Red Lion at the Quay on the Port of Vancouver’s Terminal One property.
In addition to discussing his company’s technology and growth, McClain will share his thoughts on how moving to Vancouver position’s AbSci for future success.
The Boardroom Breakfast will be held at the Artillery Barracks on the Historic Fort Vancouver National Site (600 E Hatheway Rd.) from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
