2016 Parade of Homes to break ground in Ridgefield

The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday for the 2016 HomeStreet Bank Parade of Homes presented by DeWils.

The annual event, which kicks off this year on September 16, will be located in Ridgefield at Carty Road Estates. Builders featured in this year’s show include Cascade West Development, Quail Homes and Everest Construction. Home prices are projected to range from $800,000 to more than $1 million.

“We are thrilled with the opportunity to feature our members’ exquisite craftsmanship in an acreage setting,” said Avaly Scarpelli, executive director for the BIA. “Showcasing luxury homes on roomy lots is something we don’t often get a chance to offer given the tight land supply in the area. We know this setting will make for a beautiful and unique show for the public to experience.”

For 39 years, the Parade of Homes has showcased custom homes highlighting the best in design, amenities and cutting-edge technology.

In conjunction with the anchor site, the 2016 Parade will also feature a scattered site home tour to feature more BIA members’ work throughout the County.
