Robert L. Woolsey has joined Regents Bank as first vice president specializing in commercial loans and full-service banking to small and mid-size businesses in Southwest Washington. Woolsey has 23 years of banking experience, primarily with Northwest National Bank and more recently with Columbia Credit Union.
