WENDY COLLIE

New Seasons Market has named Wendy Collie its new chief executive officer.

Collie has experience as a retail and education executive, most recently as president of consumer businesses for Knowledge Universe. Collie has also worked for Starbucks Coffee Company, both in field operations and support positions domestically and internationally.

“Wendy is a well-known visionary who has built a reputation and track record as a leader who invests in people, culture development, customer service, operational excellence and strategic growth,” said New Seasons Market Co-Founder and Board Chair Stan Amy, in a press release. “She has a passion for food and for the unique essence of the greater Portland community that is core to New Seasons Market.”

TIMOTHY BUCKLEY

Timothy Buckley has received the Jennie Sue Brown Award from the American Institute of Architects Washington Council (AIAWA). The award recognizes distinguished service to AIAWA.

Buckley was selected to receive the award based on his leadership as an AIAWA Board Member and as an effective representative of Washington state architects on issues of concern to the profession, the organization said.

A past president of the AIAWA and AIA Vancouver Chapter, Buckley is a Washington State University graduate and the principal and founder of Vancouver-based Greenstone Architecture PLLC.

He is an NCARB Certified Architect licensed in Washington and Oregon, and a LEED Accredited Professional with building design and construction specialty endorsement.

GEORGE CULBERTSON

Parametrix, an engineering, environmental sciences and architectural firm serving the Portland-Vancouver region, has hired Ridgefield resident George Culbertson to lead the firm’s energy practice.

Culbertson, who has utility experience in both regulated and non-regulated energy markets, began his career in South Carolina at Duke Power. He later moved on to Duke Energy and then Pike Energy Solutions, where he was the vice president of engineering.

Over the years, he has worked to provide technical services for a variety of permitting, engineering, procurement and construction projects for high voltage systems.

GARY DUNSWORTH

Creative Computer Solutions Incorporated (CCSI) has appointed Gary Dunsworth as senior network engineer.

Dunsworth, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and army veteran with 21 years of IT experience, also holds several MS certifications from Office to Servers.

In his new role, Dunsworth will be mentoring and bringing more innovative solutions to clients at CCSI, the Vancouver-based company said.
