Banfield Pet Hospital names new CEO

Banfield Pet Hospital has named Vincent Bradley as its new president and CEO, effective immediately.

Bradley replaces former CEO Tony Ueber, who recently left the company for a CEO position with Nashville-based Results Physiotherapy.

Bradley joined Banfield in 2011 as senior vice president of operations. Since that time, he has been focused on leading hospital operations and field leadership; overseeing real estate, facilities, construction, international and franchise operations teams; and managing Banfield’s partnership and collaboration with PetSmart.

“It’s a privilege to be given the tremendous opportunity to lead this organization and our associates whose talent and dedication inspire me each and every day,” Bradley said in a press release. “Our business is stronger than ever with a very bright future. I look forward to building on the great work that has paved the way for our continued success.”

Prior to joining Banfield, Bradley served as executive leader and divisional vice president for Take Care Health Systems Employer Solutions Group, a subsidiary of Walgreens.

The company plans to move its corporate headquarters from Portland to Vancouver at the end of the year.

Clark College Foundation hires new VP of development

Lynn Andrews, a fundraising professional with 25 years of experience in the field, has joined Clark College Foundation to serve as vice president of development.

Prior to joining the foundation, Andrews served as vice president for advancement at George Fox University; vice president for advancement at Marylhurst University; director of development for the Oregon Episcopal School in Portland; and vice president of development at Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma. She also served as director of annual giving at the University of Puget Sound for four years in the early 2000s.

“I am looking forward to joining Team Clark and working to enable the foundation’s advancement efforts to grow,” Andrews said. “The involvement and investment of the entire community – students, alumni, parents, donors, foundations and strategic partners – is critical. It is one way to affirm Clark’s impact on Southwest Washington, the greater Portland area and the world. The education students receive here develops their potential and ultimately contributes to the common good. It’s an investment worth making.”

Active in the community, Andrews serves as VP of membership for the Oregon and Southwest Washington Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Iowa.
