Commercial brokers earn CCIM designation
NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson

have obtained the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member
designation.

Recipients of the CCIM designation are among an elite group of more than
9,000 professionals across North America and in 30 countries. Only 6
percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners
nationwide hold the CCIM designation, according to NAI NBS.
Bartocci, an office broker, has been with NAI NBS since 2005. He has helped lease and sell more than 264,000 square feet of space during his time with the company.
Harper, an industrial broker, joined NAI NBS in 2003. In 2009, he was NAI NBS' Top Producer, completing 28 deals valued at $18 million that year, including many significant leases and sales.

Temple Lentz, former campaign manager in Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt's successful 2009 bid against six-term Mayor Royce Pollard, recently joined the Portland-based Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals as communications director.
A Clark County resident, Lentz previously worked for the Vancouver Rotary Foundation's annual Festival of Trees event. An alumna of Leadership Clark County, Lentz is also a representative of LCC's Class of 2009.

Award-winning content producer Nell Gladson has joined the team at Muller Design Studio, with offices in Vancouver and Portland.

Gladson has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, communication
consulting and television production. Most recently, she managed member and
consumer marketing communications at Kaiser Permanente Northwest. In
addition to the healthcare industry, Gladson has held positions in the
higher education and nonprofit sectors.
As a television producer at Oregon Public Broadcasting, Gladson was honored with a Northwest Regional Emmy for her work on the documentary, "Rose City Remembered: Stories of Lost Portland."

the Court Appointed Special Advocates program, which trains volunteers to
speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court.
Debbie Conway, a birth parent who works with struggling foster parents, was presented with the Honorable David Soukup Award, Washington state CASA's highest honor as Advocate of the Year.
Clark County 20-year-veteran CASA volunteer Judy Fortlage was also recognized with the G.F. Betteneski Award as the National CASA organization's Child Advocate of the Year, awarded in Atlanta on April 16.
