Community Foundation SW names services officer

Shirley Gross joined the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington last month to serve as the organization's Donor and Nonprofit Services Officer. Gross' responsibilities include expanding existing services to increase outreach to donors, nonprofits and businesses.

"Shirley has a spectacular track record of fund-raising and nonprofit program implementation success, deep local roots, and she's established meaningful relationships with both the philanthropic and nonprofit community," said Community Foundation president Richard Melching.

Gross spent more than 14 years in the nonprofit sector working for a variety of social service and arts organizations in Southwest Washington, including the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Free Clinic of Southwest Washington, Children's Home Society of Washington and Vancouver Children's Therapy Center.

Governed by local leaders, the Foundation offers services to donors and nonprofit organizations and a wide range of benefits to the community.

ROLLIN PERRIGO

Educational Opportunities for Children and Families recently selected Rollin Perrigo to serve on its Board of Directors. An accountant at Jan Stockton, P.C. in Vancouver, Perrigo received his Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Oklahoma Christian University.

Perrigo is a member of the Camas-Washougal Rotary and a past nominee for the U.S. Presidential Service Award.
