Leadership Clark County is accepting applications for the class of 2011. The application deadline for enrollment is April 30. Classes begin in September and continue until graduation in June 2011. Limited scholarships are available.
Closures of S.R. 14 near Dog Mountain at mile post 54 started Wednesday and will continue through June 14 as crews start rock-fall prevention work in the Columbia River Gorge.
Rep. Brian Baird (D-Vanc.) announced on March 5 that the U.S. Dept. of Transportation had awarded C-TRAN $1.5 million in stimulus funding for energy efficiency improvements.
Stewart Title Co. recently moved their downtown Vancouver offices into the Al Angelo Building on E. Mill Plain Boulevard. Stewart Title joins a new branch of Columbia Bank, a naturopathic medical office and the offices of Al Angelo Co. at the five-story building.
