Columbia Extreme Cheer, Inc., providing cheerleading classes, secured and extended their lease of 4,560 sq. feet of space from EastRidge Associates I, LLC, located in EastRidge Business Park, 9600 N.E. 126th Ave., Bldg. 25, in Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli, CCIM of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.

Stan Hubert bought 28,000 sq. feet of industrial space from Boespflug Development, located at 5601 E. 18th St. in Vancouver. Garret Harper and Steve Dodds of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both the seller and buyer.

Stewart Title leased 1430 sq. feet of office space from 400 Mill Plain Center LLC, located at the Al Angelo Building, 400 Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 105, in Vancouver. Brett Irons and Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented lessor and lessee.

North Coast Electric Company, a full-line electrical dealer, leased 7,500 sq. feet of industrial space with 763 sq. feet of office space located at Padden Business Center, 8100 N.E. St. John's Road, Suite E-108, in Vancouver from Gaither Family LLC. Bill Connelly, CCIM of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.

T-Squared leased 5,000 sq. feet of industrial space from Bennett Family Trust II LLC, located at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th St. in Vancouver. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the lessor.

Vancouver Boxing Club leased 1200 sq. feet of industrial space from 18th Street Holdings LLC, located at East 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E 18th St. in Vancouver. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented lessor and lessee.
