The Vancouver Landing outdoor amphitheater served as a backdrop for reflection during a gathering today at 8 a.m. to honor the victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks.

Clark County Public Works will improve N.E. 99th Street in the Orchards area starting this fall, thanks to a $2.5 million ARRA stimulus grant.

Beginning last Tuesday, the City of Vancouver Development Review Services Permit Center at 4400 N.E. 77th Ave. closes at 4 p.m. According to the city, the change ensures staff will have time to respond to customers.
