Christ Community Lutheran Church leased 10,166 square feet at EastRidge Business Park, 11900 N.E. 95^th St. in Vancouver, from EastRidge Assoc. I LLC. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
