Neil Mersy-Frank Neil Mersy-Frank has joined Planning Solutions Inc. as project manager in its architectural department. Mersy-Frank has more than eight years of architectural experience in designing and managing both public and private sector projects.
Mersy-Frank holds a master’s degree in architecture with honors distinction from Lawrence Technological University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He has served as an adjunct professor at multiple colleges in Michigan.
