Philip W. Seeley

Safefreight Technology hires CFO/CIO

Safefreight Technology has hired Philip W. Seeley as its chief financial and information officer. Previously, Seeley worked for a CNF corporate organization ending as an executive vice president of sales and marketing for their largest business unit. Seeley has also been the managing director of a $40 million venture capital fund focused on logistics and supply chains. He has most recently spent seven years as the CEO of an IT consultancy. Seeley is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a mathematics and computer science degree. He holds an MBA from Portland State University and is a graduate of the Executive Program for Management Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Seeley is also a board member of SmartStop, a general partner in Case Management and a past director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Claremont Technology.
