District Court Administrator retires
District Court Administrator Bob Winsor is planning to retire in January 2006 after 30 years of service with Clark County. Winsor started working for the court as a security officer in 1975. He was promoted to deputy administrator in 1986 and became administrator in 2001. Ela Selga will be appointed as court administrator after Winsor’s retirement.
